Huddle around team, with Super Bowl XLVI on it’s way it’s time to get prepared. Although it’s not too common for us ladies to get excited about the second-largest U.S. food consumption day, following Thanksgiving, I find it fun to find new ways to spruce up the occasion. The key to any occasion is to keep it simple and with the majority of the game day details below you can do ahead of time!
Hut one, Hut two, HIKE!
Super Bowl Trivia:
XLVI = 46
The Super Bowl has taken place in northern cities only three times. Moreover, the Super Bowl has never been scheduled outdoors in cold temperatures.
The team leading at the end of the third quarter has won the past 13.
No Super Bowl game has ever gone into overtime play.
The Dallas Cowboys have scored the most points (221); the Denver Broncos have allowed the most (206). As a Colorado native I’m not too thrilled about this trivia fact.
Super Bowl XLVI or Super Bowl 46 is on Sunday, February 5th. Kick off is at 6:30pm EST
The Hooch
First item on your list is probably beer, the staple of Super Bowl parties. That doesn’t mean you can’t add you own chic twist to it. A large vintage laundry bucket, a chalkboard menu and fancy beers will turn that case of PBR into a vintage piece. I personally like Red Chair by Deschutes Brewery but I’m of course bias.
